Safety

Each day, thousands of people place their trust in us to take them safely to their destination. For this reason, we place the safety of our passengers and employees above anything else. To help us keep people safe, we have innovative technical equipment and our own maintenance workshop. All members of staff have also received training regarding safety matters since their first day at our company. For us, safety is of the utmost importance.

All members of staff provide a safe and high-quality service, treating all passengers impeccably in order to achieve their total satisfaction. We are people at the service of people. With this slogan, we seek to show our employees the respect with which Autocars Gamón passengers must be treated, while also outlining the importance the company places on its employees. After all, they are our most valuable asset.

We collaborate with various not-for-profit organisations, including: the Lleida Biomedical Research Institute, Shalom and La Torxa..
We were also the first transportation company in Lleida to adapt its buses to passengers with reduced mobility; an initiative for which we were rewarded with an ASPID (Association of Paraplegia and Physical Disabilities of Lleida) prize.

Company

We have five facilities in the provinces of Lleida and Osca, covering an approximate surface area of 11,200m2. This guarantees better services, optimum functionality and an immediate effective response at all times, thanks to the proximity of the facilities and our vast knowledge and experience of the territory.

These facilities are equipped with all the technical means necessary to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicles used in the provision of our services. They also have technical staff who are duly specialised in both the mechanical and electrical areas. We also have a mobile workshop van that is equipped with all the tools and equipment necessary to carry out emergency in situ repairs and to solve any breakdowns that may take place.

These facilities are also equipped with a bus cleaning service, a designated bus wash and diesel pumps.

All facilities in this maintenance area are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Fleet

In our group of companies, you can find everything you need at all times. Our vehicles are the maximum expression of elegance and safety. Travelling on our vehicles is a real pleasure.

We boast a fleet of more than 50 vehicles of varying capacities, ranging from 8 passengers to as many as 72. These include VIP vehicles and those which are adapted to people with reduced mobility. Please consult the available add-ons, such as panoramic roofs, coffee makers and leather seats.

Our fleet is comprised by new and modern vehicles, which are fitted out with everything needed in order to offer safety, innovative technology and maximum comfort to our passengers. All of our vehicles comply with current legislation.

Miguel Gamón, SL provides road transportation services for passengers and goods in the provinces of Lleida and Osca.

We have headquarters in Tamarit, Mollerussa, Seròs, Almenar and Torrefarrera (central headquarters)

Our story

Our company was established as a limited company in 1977, although it had been providing taxi, rental vehicle and lorry services as early as 1970.

Miguel Gamón, SL only offered these services at first, but it has since expanded to provide regular school and work transportation services, non-regular national and international services, taxi services, goods transportation services and regular bus lines. The company is also the concession holder of the Alfarràs-Lleida service, with branch lines on the V-2285L-57 and the Graus-La Granja d’Escarp VAC-210 line.

In 1995 it purchased Autocars Griñó, SA, a company also engaged in passenger transport, taking charge of its fleet while maintaining the existing staff.  The company has continued to operate under the same name, but it must be noted that both companies are now under the same management.

The first adapted bus in the area was incorporated into our fleet in 1999, which led to the creation of a separate company within the Gamón Group: Promou. Promou is dedicated to passenger transport and the entire fleet is 100% accessible for people with reduced mobility.
